"Well I found something about the Shikon No Tama along with some bits and pieces on how some half Inu and a priestess who guarded the jewel." Kikyou says reading an article.

He nodded. "That is suffice."

Kikyou bookmarked the webpage. "What information have you aquired so far?"

"Information on a priestess who apparently rose from the dead for her revenge and then died again later on by the hands of her greatest enemy. He dies later on as well."

Kikyou nods, "Okay."

"Your topic seems much more interesting," he reluctantly admitted.

Kikyou closes her laptop, "It's getting late."

He nodded, "I will drive you to your car. Or we can not waste finite resources and walk there."

"I don't mind walking." Kikyou says standing up.

He stands and puts on his jacket. "Come."

Kikyou gives a small scowl at his bossiness as she followed him out of his room.

Sesshoumaru walked down the stairs and opened the door, holding it slightly for the woman behind him.

"Thank you." Kikyou says politely as she walks out of the door held for her.

He slightly nodded, watching her as she walked past him.

Kikyou starts to walk in the direction of the school.

He asked her, "What period do you have study hall?"

"I have study hall 4th period." Kikyou replies.

He nodded. "Meet me in the library then."

"Alright." Kikyou responds nodding.

He frowned slightly. Gangbangers were hanging out near the school. He wanted no trouble, especially with a delicate human around. It would just bring twice the trouble for him.

Kikyou notices a group of boys, she inwardly rolls her eyes.

Sesshoumaru slightly stooped down to her level and whispered softly so only she could hear before standing back up straight, "Just play along..." He wrapped an arm around her shoulders protectively, looking ahead.

Kikyou looks up at him curiously before wrapping her arm around his waist.

A few of the boys spotted Kikyou and wolf-whistled to her. "Hey babe! Ditch the guy and come play!"

"Ignore them..." he cautioned. "Don't say a word to them."

Kikyou nods, ignoring the boys.
