Shinki looked at her. "I didn't mean it like that, though. I was just saying that we should take a little time to get into something more serious. I didn't mean to be offensive."

She leaned back against the counter. "What time is it?"

Kimora smiles and kisses him, "Your hair looks really good too."

Ayame gave him a really vunerable look before she turned away, "Oh....sorry..."

"Around 9." Sousuke replies.

He smiled.

Shinki frowned. "Ayame?"

Hana crossed her arms over her torso. "I guess I should be going then."

"You should have it braided more often." She smiles.

Ayame turns to to him with a fake smile which looked more like a grimace, "Yes?"

Sousuke nods, "I'll take you home."

"I'll do it every night."

Shinki stood and sighed. "You took it as rejection, didn't you?"

Hana went off to get dressed.

Kimora smiles, "Good."

Ayame looks down, "Well...I...." She looks away sighing, "Yeah..."

Sousuke waits for her.

He took her arm. "So... A day out in the town..."

He made her look at him. "Don't think that. I'm just trying to be a little slow with the process. Doesn't mean that I don't like you any less than I did yesterday or last night."

Hana finally dressed and went over to him.

Kimora smiles, "Where are we going first?"

"I'm sorry...I shouldn't have jumped to conclusions." Ayame says avoiding his eyes.

Sousuke smiles standing up, "Alright let's go." He says walking out of his apartment.

"Let's go catch a movie."

Shinki sat down, a tad bit more than just a little offended.

Hana followed.

Kimora smiles, "Alright."

Ayame turns her face hidden by her hair, "There was a guy...and I loved him deeply. He was everything I dreamed of. He was strong, passionate, and handsome. But there was one problem....he didn't love me. He was in love with another woman."

Sousuke walks to his car and unlocks it getting in.

He led her away.

Shinki looked at her. "What... what did he do?"

Hana got in with him.

"He realized she didn't want him so he came to me...knowing how I felt about him. He told me he was an idiot for not seeing me before and he told me how beautiful I was. I was so happy when I heard him finally say those words to me....but within months everything changed." Ayame says still turned away.

Sousuke asks her for directions to her house.

Shinki shook his head. "Asshole..."

She pointed directions out here and there.

"He always asked me for money, called me names, and used me for sex. Not once....not once did he ever tell me he loved me..." Ayame shook slightly forcing back a sob. "I did all I could to make him love me..." Ayame manages to say. "But in the end...he left me. Telling me that I'd never amout to anything and that no man would want me, and even if he did...it'd be just for sex."

Sousuke follows the directions and pulls up to her house.

Shinki looked shocked. "Ayame, that'd never be true. He's a bastard for even thinking those things." he cursed. "It's stupid idiots like him that make guys look bad all the damn time. But I can tell you this now, I'd never exploit you."

"Thanks for the lift," Hana said, gathering her bearings. "You should give me a call sometime."

Ayame buried her face into her hands, she didn't want him to see her crying.

"I'd would, but if only I had your number." Sousuke smiles.

He asked, "You ok?"

She grabbed a pen and wrote on the back of a random slip of paper her number.

Ayame takes a deep breathe and wipes her tears. She squares her shoulders and narrows her eyes. She went back into bitch mode, where no one could touch her. "I'm fine." She says, she looks toward him, "You should get dressed."

Sousuke smiles, "Thanks."

Shinki nodded and pulled on his clothes.

Hana smiled at him and stepped out.

Ayame looks at Shinki, her eyes wide, "OH MY GOD!"

Sousuke waits untils she walks to the door to leave.

"What?" he asked.

Hana walked up to her apartment.

"You...I....We....we didn't use a condom!" Ayame panics.

Seeing her walk to her apartment he drives off.

He froze. "Oh... My... God..."

Ayame panics, "And I'm not on any kind of birth control!"

"SHIT!" Shinki cursed, close to a panic attack.
